We believe that our mission as a church is to reach all peoples with the Gospel and make them into disciples (followers) of the teachings of Christ. (see Matthew 28:18-20, and Acts 1:8)
We strive to do this in three ways

Commonly used terms here at CFBC that every Active Member should know.
All who generally emphasize the following: 1) The Lord Jesus Christ as the SOLE source of salvation through faith in Him. 2) Personal faith and conversion with regeneration by the Holy Spirit. 3) A recognition of the inspired Word of God as the ONLY basis for faith and Christian living. 4) Commitment to biblical witness, evangelism and mission that brings others to faith in Christ.
For strategic purposes, a people group is the largest group through which the gospel can flow without encountering significant barriers of understanding and acceptance. These groups can be as large as several million people, to as few as a hundred. There are currently 11,248 listed people groups, that accounts for almost 7 billion people.
Unreached People group:
An Unreached People Group (UPG) is a people group in which less than 2% of the population are Evangelical Christians. There are currently 6,549 UPG's listed, accounting for almost 4 billion people.
Unreached Unengaged People Group:
A people group is unreached when the number of Evangelical Christians is less than 2% of its population. It is further called unengaged (UUPG) when there is no church planting strategy consistent with Evangelical faith and practice under way. A people group in not engaged when it has been merely adopted, is the object of focused prayer, or is part of an advocacy strategy. This means that unless there is a missionary or church on
the ground among those people with the gospel, they are considered an unengaged group. There are currently 3,056 UUPG's listed, accounting for almost 220 million people.
