Joshua Yowell

Senior Pastor

Originally from Texarkana, Arkansas, Joshua is glad to be back in south Arkansas and call Cullendale FBC home. Joshua most recently served as Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Southside, Arkansas. He has also served as Associate Pastor of Discipleship at Victory Baptist Church in Sherwood, Arkansas and Pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Aubrey, Texas. He holds degrees in mathematics from the University of Arkansas and the University of Central Arkansas. He earned his MDiv and ThM from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth and is finalizing his PhD from Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City. Joshua is blessed to be married to Caitlin, and they are the proud parents of two boys and a girl. When not at church, Joshua loves to be outside with his family, reading, and traveling.

Sara Webb

Children's Minister

Sara grew up in Russellville, Arkansas, graduating from high school and then from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She married her husband Greg and moved to Garland, Texas. She taught for 11 years and then worked as a Curriculum Specialist and a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. She later returned to school and graduated with a master's degree in special education from Texas A&M-Commerce. Sara and her family returned to Arkansas in 2021. She is a homeschool mom and has been CFBC's Children's Minister since August 2022. She feels most passionate about helping families and children know Jesus, learn what the Bible promises, and help families learn how to work together when special needs make life more challenging.

Justin McDonald

Minister of Music

Justin grew up in Waldo, Arkansas, and graduated from Magnolia High School. Justin went on to get his bachelor's degree in Worship Studies and Minor in Christian Studies from Ouachita Baptist University. Justin served as a Worship Intern at multiple churches around Hot Springs and Little Rock while getting his degree. Justin married Troi McDonald in 2025, and they both aim to be servants of God's church. Justin aims to be a humble servant while enriching and encouraging a culture of Worship that is both scripture focused and points to Christ.

Gayla Holeman

Office Manager

Gayla serves as the Office Manager for Cullendale First Baptist Church, keeping our ministry running smoothly day to day. She is a valued member of our team and a faithful servant to our congregation and community.

Madeline Woodfield

Living Well Counselor

Madeline is a Licensed Associate Counselor for Living Well Counseling, with her office located within Cullendale First Baptist Church. She is also an Interim Worship Leader at Cullendale FBC. She was born and raised in South Arkansas and loves being able to serve the community that has been her home for all her life. Madeline loves people and desires to walk alongside them as they follow their counseling journeys. She recognizes Scripture to be the ultimate source of truth, and Matthew 11:28-30 is the foundation of her counseling work. Madeline received her bachelor's degree in Community and Family Services from Ouachita Baptist University and her master's degree in Counseling from John Brown University. Her ultimate prayer and desire is to glorify the Lord and love the people He puts in her path.
